This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered by ComplianceDesk AI LLP through the ComplianceDesk AI platform and processed via Razorpay Payment Gateway.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to support@compliancedesk.ai or raised through the platform dashboard.
- Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Eligibility

3. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For UPI and Net Banking transactions, refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your account.
- Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your card issuer.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Per-verification API calls that have already been consumed.
- Custom integration development fees.
- DPO-as-a-Service annual appointments (post deployment of compliance framework).
- WhatsApp message credits that have already been dispatched.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:
- Registered email address
- Transaction ID / Razorpay Payment ID
- Reason for refund
- Date of purchase

6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, ComplianceDesk AI reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of the disputed amount. We strongly encourage resolving any payment issues directly with our billing team first.
